Directions: After adding your favourite laundry detergent, simply measure and pour Downy Liquid Fabric Softener into your machine's fabric softener dispenser drawer or directly into the agitator . Refer to your washing machine's manual to locate the fabric softener dispenser and recommended settings for the rinse cycle. Use up to a full cap for extra softness and freshness. Not a detergent: use fabric softener in addition to your usual detergent .
